About DDM
DDM is a behavioral health service provider born from the desire to make exceptional services available to the non-English speaking communities in the city of Louisville. While that remains a core desire and focus of the company, DDM also seeks to provide the same quality services to anyone who is in search of improved behavioral health.

Our person-centered services are designed to remove all barriers and ensure that nothing will be impossible or unattainable for clients of all ethnicities, cultures, religions, financial situations, and social statuses.
Licenses
As a licensed Behavioral Health Service Organization, DDM is qualified to provide services to clients dealing with mental health conditions and issues such as anxiety or depression, as well as provide crisis intervention when needed.
Qualifications
As a licensed Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Entity, DDM is able to provide outpatient services such as support groups, clinical groups, addiction therapy, and peer support. DDM can also provide screenings for referrals to inpatient treatment such as medication assistance and sober living.

Our state certified Targeted Case Managers engage with clients in a dynamic process which helps them identify their needs as well as assists them in finding methods and resources to meet those needs, including:
- Safe, sanitary, and affordable housing
- Necessities such as food and clothing
- Community and cultural orientation
- Government issued documents such as
-Social Security Card
-Driver's license
-Medicaid
-Food stamps - School Enrollment
- Employment
We offer an extensive rehabilitation process through our Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Family and Marriage Therapists, who are equipped to:
- Assess/identify clients medical, social, and educational needs
- Develop treatment plans
- Render therapy services
- Provide crisis intervention
- Counsel (individual, group, or family)
- Make proper referrals to outside sources for follow up services as required
We work with state certified Community / Peer Support specialists in order to provide available and relatable learning opportunities to clients in areas such as:
- Life Skills
-Housekeeping/cleaning
-Cooking
-Personal Hygiene
-Time Management - Speech and language skills
- Health and fitness tips
- Relational advice
- Proficiency in basic math and Literacy
